Day 9

Day 9: 6/14/18

  • What have you already done with computing and technology? Include what you did these last two weeks. I have already coded some games, made a lilypad painting including sound, lights, and a button, and I have coded a mystery game.
  • Describe your Interest in Computing and Technology. My interest in computing and technology is creating new things that people enjoy or find useful in their daily life.
  • Describe ANY leadership positions you have had in school and/or community. Leadership positions I have had are in girl scouts and in orchestra.
  • Describe your career goals in detail. What do you want to accomplish? Why is your career goal important to you? I want to become a scientist. This is important to me because I enjoy learning how things work. I also want to possibly have a career in performance because I enjoy making music and I helps me with stress levels and I enjoy playing music for people.
  • Define a problem that is currently a problem in the world. How could technology solve the problem? A problem in the world is gun safety. Technology could solve this problem by helping detect the weapon and being able to regulate the weapons better than humans could and it could possibly help with keeping the weapons in certain areas.
